The RIP Effect is the answer to that problem. The RIP Effect is an online casting community and resource center created to help artists of color advance their careers. Through casting notices, networking opportunities, creative and talent resources, and industry news, The RIP Effect seeks to provide artists of color with the tools needed to achieve their destinies. For the novice artist, we will provide guidance and resources that may otherwise not be readily available.
